In this survey, I only asked people in the age group of 16-25. This survey shows that the age group of 16-25 thinks that poverty is the number one concern in our country on average. The second most concern was the pollution to our surface waters. The lowest concern in this survey was airplane accidents. I think that people gave poverty the highest risk on average is because they hear about the struggles of being a country in poverty and it is something that has affected many people around the world. The lowest risks on average was airplane accidents and acid precipitation. Airplane accidents don't happen too often in the world. With that information, people wouldn't think of airplane accidents as a very big risk in our country. If the age group of 26> was involved, I think the averages would be very different. I think that the firearms or violent crime category would be the highest risk if they 26> age group was involved, because they have lived longer to see more violence in the world due to crime and war especially.
